Comprehensive Legal Services
Primarily directed towards business clients, providing legal advice within the scope agreed upon with the client. The advantage lies in the continuous access to legal services without the need for repeated negotiation of collaboration terms. This comprehensive legal service, depending on the client's requirements, includes:
- Electronical and telephone consultations;
- Correspondence via email
- Personal consultations;
- Lawyer's consistent presence at the client's site;
- Legal assistance during meetings and negotiations;
- Legal representation in proceedings.
Ad Hoc Legal Services
Provided for specific cases, such as court disputes or individual legal advice. The scope of this service depends on the type and nature of the legal service.
The price is individually agreed upon with the client when establishing the agreement, considering the client's needs, type and nature of the service, its complexity, the time, and effort required for its completion. This is based on several options:
Fixed Fee
Agreed upon individually when accepting a specific case or assignment
Hourly Rate
Monthly settlement based on the number of hours provided and the hourly rate; mainly used for ongoing legal support or when the scope of work and hours cannot be predetermined.
Fixed-Hourly Rate
Monthly fixed remuneration for a specified limit of hours available to the client; if the limit is exceeded in a month, the excess is settled based on an hourly rate system. Commonly used within the framework of ongoing legal support for business entities.
Success Fee
Additional remuneration after achieving a specific outcome by the KLT. This fee can be applied under both the fixed and hourly rate systems./p>
The agreement can be conducted remotely, at the client's site, or at another location specified by the client (including outside the borders of Poland).
